First Response investigations.

First Response investigations is based in Central London and provides a nationwide, European, and worldwide service. Our structure of private investigators and specialist agents within London, the south, south east and west, central areas of the UK and many Northern locations, allows us to provide a local and national service.

All operations are controlled from a central location ensuring consistency, reliability and a high level of service and commitment.

Overseas operations are either carried out by a UK based investigator, or if the situation requires we can instruct our overseas investigators to carry out the required work.

Our service to you.

First response can be contacted directly by telephone (see the contact page) when we will be happy to discuss any requirements and give suitable advice. It is then possible to arrange a personal meeting with a investigator to discuss further requirements should this be required. Meetings can either carried out (by appointment) at our office, or we are happy to arrange for a meeting at a location more suitable for our client. This can be at a home or workplace, or a suitable hotel can be arranged. First Response can take instructions either by phone, fax or email, and it is not always a requirement to meet for this purpose.

Fees

Fees for services will either be quoted upon request, or a written estimate can usually be produced within 24hours.

Reporting

Reports will be produced at the completion of a case (interim reports will be generated for larger investigations or upon client request) and sent or delivered to the client confidentially and discreetly.
